Burning Issues of JTO's of Telecom Factories
to be resolved immidiately.
1. Promtion to the cadre of SDE
2. ACP to be given to the JTO's who had completed
12/24 years
3. Implementation of RR/IDA pay scales from
1.10.2000
Another important issue that has to resolved fully and quickly is the decision of the BSNL board to bring
about complete parity in pay scale, time bound promotion in all respects i.e. periodicity, scale of pay etc
between Telecom., Civil, Electrical, Telecom Factory, Architecture, CSS etc.

What's New?
The Election of the newly formed SNEA(I) for its TF Circle Branch office-bearers were
held in accordance with the new constitution on 22nd Aug 2004 in presence of Shri S.K.Tamrakar, ACS, SNEA(I), MP Telecom Circle
and Shri A.K.Tiwari, Ex. CWC Member. Shri K.R.Sahu elected as President and Shri R.N.Yadav will be the new Divisional Secretary.
